Terms of Service

These sample terms apply to services built with the ShotAI Starter Kit. Replace or extend them with the enforceable legal language required in your jurisdiction before launch.

1. Service description

The system provides multi-model image generation, a history gallery, credits billing, and sharing features. You may customize the UI, integrate additional models, or adjust pricing based on this template.

2. User obligations

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates model provider policies.
Keep API keys, Cloudflare credentials, and Supabase service role secrets secure.
If you expose the product to end users, clearly disclose data usage and billing in your own privacy policy and terms.

3. Credits and billing

By default each image costs 1 credit. Premium models or higher resolutions can be priced at 2×–3×. Failed jobs are automatically refunded. Update the Creem.io product IDs to match your real pricing.

4. Generated content

Users retain usage rights for generated images, but must comply with the license terms of each model provider (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.). Confirm commercial usage rights with each provider before monetizing outputs.

5. Limitation of liability

The starter kit is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy or legality of generated content. Add your own moderation, copyright reviews, and fallback mechanisms (including third-party safety APIs when required).

6. Changes and termination

You may modify the template or suspend the service at any time. When using third-party payments or subscriptions, settle outstanding balances and provide data export options before shutting down.
